Post Specification
This position is centrally focused on university dining hall system construction and supply chain procurement management. The specific responsibilities are as follows:
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Dining Hall Planning and Construction Management
1) Strategic Planning: Develop dining hall network layout plans, functional zoning designs, and decoration style proposals based on the university's development scale, creating a comfortable and welcoming dining environment.
2) Project Management: Lead the end-to-end management of new construction, renovation, or expansion projects for dining halls, including project justification, drawing review, construction supervision, and final acceptance, ensuring compliance with food safety and fire safety regulations.
3) Equipment Upgrading: Oversee the procurement and renewal of kitchen facilities and equipment, establish smart management platforms, and drive the construction of "Smart Dining Halls".
2. Procurement and Supply Chain Management
1) Supplier Management: Be responsible for sourcing various suppliers, conducting qualification reviews, on-site evaluations, and dynamic management to build a high-quality supplier database.
2) Procurement Strategy: Formulate scientific procurement plans and strategies to effectively control costs while ensuring quality.
3) Quality Control: Collaborate with restaurant operations to establish strict ingredient acceptance standards and traceability systems, strictly adhere to food safety bottom lines, and prevent unqualified ingredients from entering the campus.
3. Team Management
Lead the team in completing corresponding restaurant construction and procurement tasks in accordance with university requirements, facilitate smooth cross-departmental communication and coordination, and guide the team to enhance professional capabilities.
4. Complete other related departmental tasks assigned by superiors.
Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or higher, with at least 10 years of relevant experience, including a minimum of 5 years in dining services management. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in large enterprises or university dining management.
2. Strong professional expertise and initiative, possessing solid foundational engineering knowledge, and an understanding of kitchen workflow processes and equipment performance. Preference for candidates with complete project management experience in new/renovated/expanded dining halls and experience in large-scale ingredient procurement tenders.
3. Excellent organizational and coordination skills, negotiation abilities, and crisis management capabilities. Strong communication skills and organizational management experience.
4. Familiar with the operational models of the food service supply chain, possessing excellent cost accounting and control abilities.
5. Integrity, strong adherence to principles, and a high sense of professional ethics and probity.
Salary and Benefits
Salary will be competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Appointments will be made under the establishment of CUHK-SZ and statutory benefits will be provided according to the prevailing labor laws applicable in the PRC. The appointee will be based at the University campus in Shenzhen, PRC.

1. 食堂规划与建设管理

2)工程建设: 主导新建、改建或扩建食堂项目的全流程管理,包括立项论证、图纸审核、施工监督及竣工验收,确保符合食品安全及消防规范。
3)设备升级: 负责厨房设施设备采购与更新换代,搭建智慧管理平台、推动“智慧食堂”建设。
2. 采购与供应链管理
1)供应商管理:负责各类供应商寻源、资质审核、考察评估与动态管理,建立优质供应商库。
2)采购战略: 制定科学的采购计划与策略,在确保品质的前提下有效控制成本。
3)质量把控: 与餐厅运营板块共同建立严格的食材验收标准与溯源体系,严守食品安全底线,杜绝不合格食材流入开元588棋app下载。
3. 团队管理
配合大学的要求带领团队完成相应餐厅建设和采购工作,顺畅完成跨部门沟通协调,指导团队提高专业能力。

岗位要求:
1. 本科及以上学历,10年及以上相关工作经验,其中至少5年及以上餐饮管理经验,有大型企业、高校餐饮管理经验者优先考虑。
2. 专业性和主动性强,具备较强的工程基础知识,了解厨房工艺流程及设备性能。有完整的食堂新建/改扩建项目管理经验及大型食材采购招标经验者优先。
3. 具备优秀的组织协调能力、谈判能力及突发事件处理能力,有较强的沟通能力和组织管理经验。
4. 熟悉餐饮供应链运作模式,具备优秀的成本核算与控制能力。
5. 正直诚信,原则性强,具有极高的职业道德和廉洁意识。
