Post Specification
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the overall planning and execution of large-scale events on Xili Campus, and formulating annual, quarterly and monthly activity plans.
2. In charge of the full lifecycle of event management, covering core links including supervising the creative design of events, coordinating supplier relationships, implementing promotion strategies before and after the event, venue arrangement, and optimizing guest experience.
3. Responsible for operating Xili Campus's social media platforms, official website and publications, to enhance the brand reputation and image among campus students and the university community.
4. Responsible for developing and implementing cultural programs on Xili Campus, including art activities and social practice projects.
5. Organize various student activities, lead student organizations, and empower students' growth.
6. Complete other tasks assigned by the superior.
*Work outside of regular office hours may be required. The workplace is Xili Campus.
Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, at least one year of relevant work experience.
2. Excellent planning, organization, communication, coordination and execution capabilities; with the ability to independently create event planning proposals and be responsible for drafting event plans.
3. Good proficiency in both written and spoken Chinese and English.
4. Able to work independently and proactively, skilled at leveraging resources, and fulfill tasks with full dedication.
5.Passionate about the education industry, with a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit.
Salary and Benefits
Salary will be competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Appointments will be made under the establishment of CUHK-SZ and statutory benefits will be provided according to the prevailing labor laws applicable in the PRC. The appointee will be based at the University campus in Shenzhen, PRC.

5. 组织各类学生活动,带领学生组织,赋能学生成长。
6. 完成上级交办的其他任务。

岗位要求:
1. 本科或以上学历,至少一年以上相关经验。
2. 具有优秀的策划、组织、沟通、协调和执行能力,有独立活动策划方案的能力,并负责活动方案的撰写。
3. 良好的中英文书写和口语能力。
4. 能够独立、主动地开展工作,善于调动资源,尽职尽责完成任务。
5. 对教育事业充满热忱,具有高度责任感和团队精神。
