Post Specification

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Operate, maintain, and provide technical support and professional training for analytical testing instruments, including GC-MS, LC-MS, Maldi-TOF-MS, ICP-MS, gel permeation chromatograph, Raman spectrometers, infrared spectrometers, circular dichroism spectrometers, micro-area angle-resolved imaging spectrometers, EPR and NMR spectrometers.
2. Assist in the construction and overall planning of university platforms and laboratories.
3. Compile application materials and track the progress of various projects.
4. Support laboratory construction and renovation projects, as well as complete equipment installation, commissioning and acceptance.
5. Assist in developing work specifications and standard operating procedures.
6. Verify shared instrument service fees, handle financial reimbursement, and manage account ledgers.
7. Collect, analyze and submit statistical data on equipment usage.
8. Build and maintain institutional information systems.
9. Prepare and submit special funding applications for instruments and equipment.
10. Manage daily administrative affairs, logistics arrangements and visitor receptions for the laboratory.
11. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications and Requirements:

1. Master’s degree or above. Majors in materials science, nanochemistry, physics, new energy, material physics, electronic information engineering, micro-nano technology and other related disciplines are preferred.
2. Have no less than 5 years of working experience in spectroscopy, wave spectrometry and mass spectrometry analytical instruments; capable of independent instrument operation, data analysis and daily maintenance.
3. Possess working experience in large-scale research instrument management, analytical testing centers or equipment sharing platforms.
4. Demonstrate strong confidentiality awareness, standard process execution capabilities and risk control awareness; strictly comply with relevant laws and regulations, uphold professional integrity, and safeguard the university’s interests.
5. Be resilient under pressure with outstanding service awareness, rigorous work ethics and a proactive working attitude; equipped with sound communication, teamwork and problem-solving capabilities.
6. Have excellent bilingual written and oral communication skills in Chinese and English; proficient in drafting official documents, institutional regulations and various work reports.

Salary and Benefits

Salary will be competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Appointments will be made under the establishment of CUHK-SZ and statutory benefits will be provided according to the prevailing labor laws applicable in the PRC. The appointee will be based at the University campus in Shenzhen, PRC.

工作职责：

1. 负责相关平台仪器设备的运行、维护、技术服务与培训工作，工作方向涉及：分析测试光谱、波谱、质谱设备（包括GC-MS、LC-MS、MALDI-TOF-MS、ICP-MS、凝胶渗透色谱、拉曼光谱、红外光谱、圆二色光谱仪、微区角分辨成像光谱仪、电子顺磁共振波谱仪、核磁共振波谱仪等）。
2. 负责协助平台及实验室的建设与规划。
3. 负责中心相关申请材料准备及项目跟进。
4. 负责协助实验室建设、改造项目，完成设备安装调试与验收等工作。
5. 负责协助制定工作规范与操作流程。
6. 负责共享收费的核对、财务报销以及台账管理。
7. 负责设备使用数据汇总、分析与上报。
8. 负责信息化系统建设与维护。
9. 负责仪器设备专项经费的申报。
10. 负责处理实验室日常行政、后勤及接待等事务。
11. 完成上级安排的其他工作。

岗位要求：

1. 研究生及以上学历，材料、纳米化学、物理学、新能源、材料物理、电子信息工程、微纳技术等相关专业优先。
2. 具有上述分析测试光波质谱领域相关仪器设备5年以上操作经验，能独立进行设备操作、数据分析与维护。
3. 具有大型科研仪器设备管理，分析测试中心、设备共享平台工作经验。
4. 具备良好的保密意识、优秀的流程规范执行能力与风险管控意识，依法依规，廉洁自律，积极维护大学利益。
5. 抗压能力强，服务意识突出，工作严谨负责、积极主动，服从工作安排，具备良好的沟通协调能力、团队协作精神及问题解决能力。
6. 具备出色的中、英文书面写作与口头表达能力，能熟练撰写公文、制度文稿及各类汇报材料。
