Key Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Project Execution: Plan and implement whole-person education initiatives, with a focus on sports activities and service-learning projects.
2. Event Coordination: Collaborate with the team to develop plans, coordinate resources, and execute various college events to ensure high-quality delivery.
3. Organization Management: Guide the daily operations of student organizations, foster student leadership, and promote standardized development to stimulate organizational vitality.
4. Brand Communication: Manage the new media matrix (WeChat, Douyin, Xiaohongshu) and leverage AI tools (AIGC) to optimize content creation, significantly enhancing the college’s brand influence and reach.
5. Additional Requirements: Perform other duties as assigned; adapt to a flexible work schedule, including evenings and weekends, to support college activities.
Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or higher.
2. Prior experience in event coordination or related fields is preferred.
3. Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese; capable of using both as working languages.
4. Proficient in operating WeChat, Douyin, and Xiaohongshu; able to use AI tools (AIGC) to efficiently produce high-quality graphics and video content for innovative brand promotion.
5. Highly self-driven with strong problem-solving skills; capable of working independently and efficiently mobilizing resources.
6. Passionate about education, highly responsible, and possesses excellent teamwork spirit.
Salary and Benefits
Salary will be competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Appointments will be made under the establishment of CUHK-SZ and statutory benefits will be provided according to the prevailing labor laws applicable in the PRC. The appointee will be based at the University campus in Shenzhen, PRC.

3. 中英文听说读写流利,可作为工作语言。
4. 熟练掌握微信、抖音、小红书等运营规则,能利用AI工具(AIGC)高效产出高质量图文/视频内容,推动品牌创新传播;熟练使用 MS Office (Word/Excel/PPT) 及各类协同办公工具。
5. 自驱力强,善于独立解决问题并高效调动各方资源。
