Prof. Ge Jianxiong

?

Prof. Ge?Jianxiong is the University Librarian?of The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shenzhen, a Senior Professor of Fudan University, and a historical geographer. He has long devoted to scientific study,?field research, and travel. His travel destinations cover the Chinese Mainland, Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan?and dozens of countries around the world. In 2000, he spent his summer in the 17th Chinese expedition to the Great Wall Station, Antarctica. In 2003, he worked for CCTV and the Phoenix Satellite Television as a compere and walked through eight countries in Africa. In 2006, he travelled to five countries in Central and South Asia. In 2015, he climbed the Kilimanjaro?and took?photos at the North Pole.
