The Shenzhen Development and Reform Commission has initiated the application for Shenzhen Engineering Research Center and Public Service Platform 2023. Details of application requirements are as follows:

1. Supporting area

Semiconductors and integrated circuits; ultra-high-definition video display; energy storage; low-carbon, zero-carbon and negative-carbon; intelligent networked vehicles; high-end medical equipment; general health.

2. Project category

2.1 Engineering research center: formation and improvement project

2.2 Public service platform: formation and improvement project

3. Funding amount and construction period

3.1 Disbursed in stages. 40% of the total investment will be funded up to a maximum of 5 million yuan.

3.2 The construction period shall not be earlier than 2023.1.1, and generally not exceed 3 years. The proportion of the completed investment in the project shall not exceed 20% of the total investment when the project application is completed.

4. Declaration requirements

4.1 In accordance with the requirements of the application guidelines (Annex 1), prepare the funding application report carefully.

4.2 The municipal engineering research center project shall be named "Shenzhen XXXX Engineering Research Center Formation (or Improvement) Project", and the municipal public service platform project shall be named "Shenzhen XXXX Public Service Platform Formation (or Improvement) Project".

4.3 If approved, the monthly report should be filled in on time, and the acceptance application should be submitted within 3 months after the project finished. The equipment purchased with the special fund of more than 500,000 yuan shall be shared on the municipal sharing platform in a timely manner.

5. Application process

5.1 Contact RAO and complete the project registration.

5.2 Prepare the funding application report in accordance with the requirements of the "Funding Application Report Preparation Outline" (Annex 9), and submit relevant materials in accordance with the requirements of the "Funding Application Report Annex List" (Annex 10).

5.3 The funding application report shall be revised and uploaded to the application system by RAO.

5.4 The deadline for online declaration is 17:00 on June 5, 2023.
