Professor Richard Ye from the School of Medicine, CUHK-Shenzhen has established a joint laboratory for Ferro Metabolism with Cinaneo Pharmaceuticals (Shen Zhen), Inc. (Cinaneo), named CUHK(SZ)- Cinaneo Joint Laboratory for Ferro Metabolism, to conduct scientific research on iron metabolism and ferroptosis; to build an integrated industry-academia-research ecosystem in the research of small molecule drug regulation in the process of iron metabolism.
