I. Supported Areas

The Shenzhen Major Science and Technology Projects 2024 encompass 10?topics, including Semiconductors and Integrated Circuits, Intelligent Robots, Networking and Communications, Low-Altitude Economy and Aerospace, Health Diagnosis and Treatment, New Drugs and Vaccines, New Materials, Optical Information Carrying, Synthetic Biology, and Sustainable Development.

II. Application Requirements

Please refer to the attachments of ?Project Application Guides (Annex 1 & Annex 2) and Research Topic Guides?for details.?(Annex 5 & Annex 6).

III. Application Process

All applicants are required to log in to the Shenzhen Science and Technology Business Management System to fill out the application form online. According to the guide, please upload electronic scans of ?application materials (copies must be stamped with the official seal of the applicant organization before uploading), click "Print Signature and Seal Page," sign and stamp the printed document, scan it, and upload it for submission and review (the system's acceptance status will be "Awaiting Window Reception"). There is no need to submit written application materials.

If you do not have an account for the online application system, please send your full name, ID type and number, email address, and mobile phone number to xuyaqing@cuhk.edu.cn for account creation.

IV. Deadline

a.?For all attachments that require stamps, please have the colleges collect them uniformly and send them to Xu Yaqing at Conference Building I, Room 806 on August 19，2024 for sealing, and then return them to the applicant to upload the system;

b. For related ethical applications, please be sure to send them to the email addresses of the respective committees before August 19,2024.

c. For initial review by RAO, all applicants must upload all required annex materials in the system and submit the application form online?by 5:00 P.M. on August 26, 2024.
